With COP15 starting two hours from now in Copenhagen, Denmark, we’re sending out a big wish that the conference is safe, productive and effective at getting us as darn far down the path to solutions as possible. The UNFCCC is an international body that runs on consensus. All signatories to any document coming out of Copenhagen must agree on the principles of the document. This is why it’s so important for ALL countries to come to the table with a spirit of cooperation and openness to compromise.

Here’s wishing negotiators the courage for action, media the insight & integrity to get it right and humanity the inspiration to pick up the fight.

Yours truly,

lilcarbon
